Nature and purpose of the processing

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and similar. It is processed in particular for the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website.

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website as well as ensuring system security and detecting misuse.

Recipients

Recipients of the data may be technical service providers who act as processors for the operation and maintenance of our website.

Storage period

Data is stored in server log files for a maximum of 14 days, unless a security-relevant event occurs. In the event of such an occurrence, server log files are stored until the incident has been resolved and fully clarified.

You can get in touch using the email addresses or telephone numbers provided. In this case, the transmitted personal data is stored. Your data is stored for the purpose of individual communication with you.

Legal basis

The data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). If you contact us to request an offer, the processing is carried out to perform pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Storage period

Data is erased no later than 6 months after the contact request has been handled. If a contractual relationship arises, we are subject to the statutory retention periods (6 or 10 years).

Nature and purpose of the processing

To deliver our newsletter, we collect personal data via an input form. For an effective registration we need a valid email address. To verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an email address, we use the double opt-in procedure.

On the basis of your explicitly given consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), we regularly send you our newsletter by email.

Revocation of consent

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. You can unsubscribe using the link contained in every email.

Newsletter · sending with Brevo

Our newsletters are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin). The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Brevo stores your data on servers in the EU.

MentorTools (course platform)

To provide our course content and the members’ area, we use MentorTools. During registration and use, personal data (master data, access data, usage activities) is processed.
