The course contains 4 modules in total. Each module is divided into individual short learning videos, so you can learn step by step. We estimate the total time required at around 5–6 hours. This includes watching the learning videos and working through the workbook. Your access is available for 6 months.
Yes, there is a certificate once you have completed all the learning content. It can be added to your CV and job application documents. It is also suitable for professional development records and ESG reporting.

The course consists of 4 modules: 1) Why is cultural competence indispensable today? 2) What is culture, really? 3) How does culture shape the way we interact? 4) How does communication succeed across cultural contexts? Each module contains learning videos and a workbook with reflection exercises.
